SONEX Architectural Ceiling Panels
SONEX Contour Ceiling Panels are the ultimate in ceiling design. Available in ten standard patterns. "Custom tiles and logos" are available for that unique project. Panels fit all 24" x 24" x 15/16 grid systems.
Panels sizes are 24" x 24" x 2-3/8" thick. Custom colors are available.

SQUARELINE® Metal Ceiling Tiles
SQUARELINE® Metal Ceiling Tile Features:
  • Expanded metal tile is galvanized, powder-coated steel.
  • Each tile is backed with illbruck's special high-density, impregnated willtec® FM insert for acoustical control. (Note: Typical insert thickness is 1/4". 1/2" thick insert available on custom-order basis.)
  • Sleek chrome or white metal compliments most interior designs. Tile sizes are 24"x24", 24"x48" and 48"x48".
  • Class 1 fire-rated for smoke density and flame spread.
  • Installation in 15/16" grid systems is quick and easy, with one side of each tile having a notch cut-out for directional purposes.
  • Excellent sound absorption qualities.

illbruck HARMONI tiles are built from our exclusive and lightweight willtec® foam, making for easy installation and excellent sound absorption across all frequencies. Tiles are available in two styles, each with a tegular edge. The VISTA pattern has a smooth surface for a clean look while the TARTAN pattern provides a softly sculpted style. HARMONI tiles are Hypalon® coated in white, black, light grey or almond for easy cleaning and durability. Since HARMONI Ceiling Tiles are naturally mold-resistant and fire retardant, extra protective coatings are not needed.

Material

HARMONI Ceiling Tiles are made from illbruck’s exclusive fiber-free willtec® foam. willtec is a lightweight, open-cell melamine foam that provides excellent acoustical control. HARMONI tiles also have a Hypalon® coated surface that adds durability, prevents dirt/dust penetration, and easily wipes clean with a damp cloth. These tiles are available in white, black, light grey or almond and are Class 1 fire-rated and naturally mold-resistant.

Installation
  • Quickly drops into ceiling grids
  • Cross- tees facilitate retrofitting of 24"x48" ceiling tiles
  • Use clean gloves to prevent soiling of tiles
  • Maintain uniform temperature of minimum 60°F and maximum humidity of 40% prior to, during and after installation
  • Press panels from above to set into grids (do not pull from face)

Fabritec Wall Panels

Fabric-covered wall panels! FIBER-FREE Melamine Foam! Class 1 fire rated! There is now an answer for those unique applications where particle migration is an issue. Available in a variety of fabric sizes, colors and shapes, Fabritec is the perfect product for special projects. Backed with a 1/16" substrate, panels provide an excellent tackable surface. Panels are available in 1" and 2" thickness.
