Q. How can I reduce noise levels in a room where enclosures are not practical?

A. Install sound absorbing materials on walls and/or ceilings: metal baffle panels, acoustical foams or acoustical blankets.

Q. How can we reduce plant noise from getting into our office from manufacturing area?

A. The three most popular methods of reduction are:
  1. Construct a sound wall from floor to ceiling, separating noise from the office space
  2. Install a ceiling hush kit, which is less expensive, faster and can be installed without interference to plant or office operations.
  3. Install acoustic doors and/or acoustic door seals.
